The product is very well made, everything fit together perfectly. However it arrives with NO assembly instructions. I searched YouTube, and was lucky enough to find a very good video that showed how to assemble the product. In the video, when doing the final assembly, it shows that each pin that supports the radio locking pad has spring around it to provide tension to keep parts from flopping around when it's not tightened against a radio. THESE TWO SPRINGS WERE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE. Like I said the product itself is GREAT, the quality control to ensure that ALL needed parts are in the package is lacking. I gave a four star rating, if the two springs and assembly instructions had been included I would have given the product ten stars if that were possible. Dave
