#Features:
1. The hydraulic system is equipped with a compact high-efficiency hydraulic power unit adopting one-pump one-circuit design. It integrates core components including oil pump, motor, relief valve and directional valve. The hydraulic pipeline layout is streamlined, compact, aesthetic and leak-proof. A multi-functional relief valve with pressure adjustment knob is fitted as standard. The 304 stainless steel welded fuel tank features corrosion resistance, superior sealing and larger capacity. High-precision stainless steel hydraulic cylinders come standard, delivering more coordinated, sensitive and linear overall movements.
2. Driven by brushless motor and matched with multi-stage planetary gear reducer, it features compact structure, strong power and sensitive response.
3. The loading bucket is welded of stainless steel sheet metal and etched parts, supporting rotation up to 180?? for more working postures. The slewing assembly adopts an upgraded limit structure to effectively control the rotation angle of the bucket, avoid motor stalling and extend service life. Anti-tilt support rods are installed at the bottom of the bucket bracket to prevent the vehicle forward tilting during rotation and improve operational safety.
4. It adopts an all-metal chassis frame and cage-style cab structure. The cab main body is made of stainless steel to enhance structural strength and restore the metal frame texture of real vehicles.
5. The layout of road wheels replicates real machinery design. Two sets of independently swinging road wheels are arranged on each side, swinging back and forth adaptively with terrain changes to greatly improve trafficability on complex ground.
6. The toolbox door is openable. The aluminum alloy toolbox is processed by CNC machining. With an integral modular design, it can be detached from the working platform.
7. The vehicle is fitted with four spotlights plus 10 lamp beads at the rear. Matched with the upgraded circuit board module, it provides circuit protection, maintaining stable lighting without voltage drop or stroboscopic flicker.
8. The interior is made of injection-molded ABS with matte surface finish. The seat backrest angle is adjustable, and a newly added bottom rotating shaft enables 180?? seat rotation, offering intuitive operating vision and immersive experience.
9. Newly molded high-performance rubber track features low noise, tear resistance and high flexibility. It effectively reduces energy consumption with clear anti-slip treads, adapting to a wider range of terrains.
