Description:
The UH-1 helicopter was designed and manufactured by Bell Helicopter Company of the United States. According to the naming tradition of the US military, it was officially named "Iroquois", while Bell Company gave it another nickname, Huey, and the name "Huey" is more widely known. The UH-1 helicopter is designed for multiple purposes, being suitable for both transportation and supply operations as well as attack missions. It is the first helicopter equipped in batches by the US military that is powered by a turboshaft engine. Its earliest used version is the Bell 204 helicopter.
