Overseas Warehouse:
For orders shipped from our overseas warehouses in the US, EU, Canada, UK, and Australia, please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and shipment preparation.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Chinese Warehouse:

United States: 7-15 business days
European Union, Canada: 15–20 business days

Are Import Taxes or Duties Required?
For the customers from United States of America, European Union, and Canada, eligible orders are shipped using a duties-paid shipping method. Import duties and taxes are prepaid, so you will not need to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
For customers in other countries and regions, orders are shipped via express service, and any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

Can the Shipping Address be Changed?

The Difference Between RTR, PNP, and KIT.
RTR (Ready-to-Run): The model is typically painted and fully assembled. It usually includes the radio system, battery, and charger, so it is ready to operate with minimal setup.
PNP (Plug-and-Play): The model is typically painted and fully assembled. It usually includes the installed electronics, but does not include the transmitter, receiver, battery, or charger.
KIT: The model is supplied as an unassembled kit and may be either painted or unpainted, depending on the product. It generally does not include the battery, charger, or radio system, and some electronic components may also need to be purchased separately or installed by the customer.
Is Assembly Required?
It depends on the version you choose.
We offer both unpainted and unassembled kits, fully painted and unassembled kits and fully painted, assembled Ready-to-Run (RTR) models.
