2,THe tank is RTF version, but you must learn how to wire and plug, or else you are not suitable for playing THis tank. 
3,THis tank is really not perfect 100%, not suitable for a perfectionist. 
4, THe tank upper hull is made of plastic. THe tank out frame is made of aluminum alloy, but some parts are made of zinc alloy.
