#Features
1. Equipped with CUT Model hydraulic pump delivering 500ml/min flow and 4MPa system pressure. The dual valve precisely control 8 hydraulic cylinders, enabling chassis lifting and track detachment via fully proportional hydraulic drive. The included pressure gauge allows real-time system monitoring.
2. Key motion mechanisms utilize planetary gearboxes paired with high-torque brushless motors (winch, travel, boom elevation and depression), ensuring powerful output and reliable continuous operation. Cab and upper structure rotation employ self-locking motors for precise positioning and stable holding.
3. The main frame is built using CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication. It ensures structural integrity for the 64.5kg model while achieving a 45kg lifting capacity, accurately replicating the triangular load-bearing aesthetics of a real construction vehicle structure.
4. Following real-machine logic, the entire model can be disassembled into modules (counterweight, boom, tracks, upper structure). Track modules support hydraulic detachment. This facilitates transportation and offers extensive potential for deep customization, scenario-based setups, and personalized upgrades.
5. The design allows for performance expansion through optional accessories: additional truss sections/tie rods extend boom reach, while extra counterweight blocks enhance maximum load stability, meeting evolving operational challenges.
