The screws keep coming out of the tracks and are lost making it unusable

The screws keep coming out of the tracks and are lost making it unusable.. i took every screw out and added loctite but they still come loose. I have brought it out 4 times and haveonly been able to use it a total of 15 mins total because of this. I am trying to locate replacement screws but i just ordered the regular dxr2 because it does not seem to have this problem. Very unhappy with the dxr2 ultra.
